In a pitchers duel, J Santana shut down the Cardinals on only four hits while striking out eight. Reyes tried to keep up but gave up a RBI ground out in the top of the seventh to pick up the loss in a great pitchers' game.

Hobby - Referee

I referee for the Ohio High School Athletic Assocaition. I was at camp yesterday and learn that I still am not the best referee that I can be. There are some areas of improvement in the three man game that I need to make this week.

Bonderman wins his fourth giving up only five hits, one being a solo HR in the second. Monroe 3R 2B in the fourth inning starting the 10 run outburst by the Tigers.

Buerhle was in command from the top of the second inning thoughout the game. The Reds left nine men on base with three in the top of the first inning. Konerko was 3-4 a run and rbi for the White Sox.

Houston won the came after Clemens settled down after giving up a 3 run HR to Brown in the first inning. Brown hit another off Clemens in the 3rd and the Royals could not keep the Astros from scoring in the middle three innings.

Played 18 Holes of golf today with my father at Fox's Den in Celina, Ohio and could not break 100. 53 going out and a 47 coming in, could not hit greens today.
